Too small and the zipper was hard to lift up

It was so small compare to what I expected (I took the measure before I ordered!) and the zipper was hard to lift up from the bottom. I sent it back with for an exchange (I filled up the form). Hopefully the medium size (I go two size bigger to be sure because the model is so small) will fit better and that the zipper will work better. Can’t wait to receive the new one (I sent the other back on thursday, june 22).

Love it but…

I love the fabric, the pattern, the fit of this coat. I seem to have a problem with the zipper, I zip it and it always opens from the bottom. I sent a message on messenger about it and have not gotten a response, if the zipper worked perfectly this would be a 10 star!

Well made and amazing print!

I absolutely love this jacket and fun palm print! It is well made and breathable. The shipping was incredibly fast from checkout to delivery it took a few days. I would highly recommend this rain jacket and company for their exemplary customer service and product.
