1. How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes up to 5 business days. During peak times (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day), delivery can take up to 2 weeks longer.
Please note: Orders placed after December 17 will ship the week of January 3.

2. What if I’m not happy with my order?
We get it, sometimes it’s not a match. Check out our Return Policy for all the details.

3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
All the info is in our Return Policy. Short answer: you’ll find everything you need there.

4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do!

5. Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Not at the moment,our carriers can’t deliver to P.O. boxes.

6. How do I care for my O8Lifestyle?
Keep it simple: turn them inside out, wash cold on their own, and hang dry. Tumble dry if you must, but at your own risk!

7. I want to carry O8Lifestyle in my store. How do I get started?
