Please ensure any and all tags are still attached and customer service is notified prior to sending. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
During special O8 promotions, and during the winter holiday season, orders may take up to a week to be processed. Unfortunately, O8 cannot be responsible for additional shipping delays that may occur due to customs or FedEx/UPS backlogs.
