I purchased a packable rain jacket from this store website less than a year ago for 42.25 CAD (received on December 2022). Despite wearing it only a few times (I am residing in a hot climate), the jacket has exhibited significant quality issues - the paint has peeled off, rendering it unusable.
Enclosed is a video illustrating the visible damage to the material.
I sent an email regarding this problem, but did not receive a response, I have also sent a massage in Facebook page but haven’t received a reaction so far.

I notice that the neon pink nylon jacket I purchased bled a lot of pink dye when I was soaking it before putting it in the washing machine. I thought that would have gotten rid of all the dye, but when I hung the jacket to dry it was still dripping some water in pink dye. I was wondering if the production team would like to be aware of this? And if higher quality dye could be used for future jackets. Thanks.
